By scheduling or paying for any service offered through laurietrefaller.com, Laurie K. Trefaller, LLC, and/or by communicating with Laurie Trefaller in any fashion you are attesting that you have read and understand this legal disclaimer and terms of services. Further, you attest that you understand and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:

 

  1. You are 18 years or older

  2. Laurie K. Trefaller, LLC prides itself on honesty and integrity. While Laurie conducts every reading, reiki healing, and coaching session to the best of their ability, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed and you may not hear what you are expecting to.

  3. All readings, reiki healings, coaching sessions, and consultations with Laurie K. Trefaller, LLC are for entertainment purposes only. This includes information obtained on www.laurietrefaller.com, and Laurie Trefallers’ social media platforms.

  4. No reading or coaching session given by Laurie Trefaller is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.

  5. Laurie Trefaller, Laurie K. Trefaller, LLC, and www.laurietrefaller.com accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her reading or consultation with Laurie Trefaller as well as content created by Laurie Trefaller including but not limited to social media and blog posts.

  6. Anti-Harassment: Client acknowledges and agrees that verbal abuse and/or harassment of any kind towards Laurie Trefaller is unacceptable and shall be grounds for Laurie Trefaller to cease services immediately.

  7. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Laurie Trefaller, Laurie K. Trefaller, LLC, and their heirs, relatives, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.

  8. Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc without written permission from Laurie Trefaller.

  9. Social Media: You may share my content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given.

  10. Payment Policies: Clarity Readings, Reiki, and coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund as long as written notice is given 48 hours in advance. Any session canceled without 48 hours notice and due to a non emergency is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. There are no refunds for Mini Clarity Readings or Clarity Reading Recordings.
